1. About the Platform
VS24 is an online car classified platform that allows registered dealers to post car listings and allows visitors to browse and contact dealers regarding vehicles for sale. We act only as an intermediary and are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
2. Eligibility
To register and use this platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Have the legal authority to list and sell any vehicle you post
3. Dealer Accounts
Dealers are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
- Ensuring all listing information is accurate, truthful, and up to date
- Removing or updating listings once a vehicle has been sold
- Any activity that occurs under their account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms.
4. Listing Rules
When posting a car listing, you agree that:
- All information provided is accurate and not misleading
- You are the rightful owner or authorized agent to sell the vehicle
- Photos uploaded are genuine and represent the actual vehicle being listed
- The vehicle is legally owned and free from encumbrances, unless clearly disclosed
- You will not post duplicate listings for the same vehicle
- You will not post listings for stolen, salvaged, or illegally modified vehicles
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these rules without prior notice.
5. Plans & Payments
- Free Plan: Dealers on the free plan may post up to 3 listings per month.
- Premium Plan: Paid plans offer additional listing slots and priority placement in search results.
- All payments are final. Refunds will only be considered in cases of verified technical errors on our part.
- Plan benefits are tied to the account and are non-transferable.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post false, fraudulent, or misleading listings
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform or its infrastructure
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use automated tools or bots to access or interact with the platform
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
VS24 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any listing or information on the platform. We are not responsible for any transaction, dispute, or loss arising from the use of this platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VS24 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including the design, layout, logos, and code, is the property of VS24. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission. By posting listings, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform.
10. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
